This is the ideal family or small restaurant (max. 20 seat) pasta machine with a tank capacity of 1,400 g and an hourly production rate of around 3 kg of pasta. It is made entirely of stainless steel.

Its mixer shaft and auger can be easily removed for cleaning and the gear motor is sealed and requires no maintenance except for normal machine cleaning.

The machine has 4 standard dies (Fettuccine, Rigatoni, Spaghetti and Tagliolini) with many other dies available to purchase as well as an automatic short pasta cutter that is available upon request.

In addition to being a clear example of Italian design Lillodue is first and foremost a practical and straightforward machine for family use made with the same technical concepts and strength as professional machines.

It is practical and easy to use and room can easily be found for it on a kitchen work top. It makes ready to cook pasta in short time frames.

With Lillodue you can make and extrude at least 10 portions of fresh pasta of various sorts in as little as 20 minutes with totally no effort and a fantastic result! All you have to do is to put in the flour and water/eggs and select ‘dough’ and in less than 6 or 7 minutes the pasta will be ready for extrusion.
