This unit is perfect for the small restaurant that still wants fresh pasta or for the pasta aficionado who wants to impress their friends at home. This unit has a mixing hopper capacity of 1 kg or 2.2 lbs and can extrude about 3 kg/hr or 6.6 lb/hr. The machine comes standard with the following 4 dies: Fettuccine, Rigatoni, Spaghetti and Tagliolini.
