This entry level commercial pasta machine is perfect for small to medium pasta production and is good for most restaurants who want to make fresh pasta. This unit has a mixing hopper capacity of 3 kg or 6.6 lbs and can extrude 7-9 kg/hr or 15-20 lb/hr. The machine comes standard with an electronic cutter for short pasta and the following 4 dies: Fettuccine, Rigatoni, Sfoglia (sheeter) and Spaghetti.
