Base 50 All Natural SDL does not contain any fats or emulsifiers and was specially formulated using All Natural ingredients for the preparation of base mixes for sorbetto via both warm and cold processing. Eurostella Milk Base 100 was specially formulated to best satisfy the most demanding gelato makers needs in regards to flavor and creamy texture without the use of artificial thickeners, emulsifiers or vegetable fats. (All Natural, Gluten Free)

Eurostella Base 50 Naturally is a mix with new-generation vegetable fibers that has no fats or emulsifiers and is used to prepare milk mix bases in a pasteurizer. Stellamix 125 grants the ice cream a fine and satiny texture. It ensures a good overrun as well as a highly creamy and warm in taste ice cream. Ice cream preservation is excellent for many days, with best texture hold even in case of a high or "mountain-like" exposition of the ice cream.
