Sweet & Spicy Chai Pecans Candied Chai Pecans


2 cups             Pacific Foods Barista Series Spicy Chai Concentrate   

1/2 cup           Granulated sugar

2 cups             Pecans, chopped

Pinch of sea salt


1) In a medium stock pot over medium heat, reduce Pacific Foods Barista Series Spicy Chai latte concentrate and sugar by half. Sugar will begin to caramelize.

2) Add pecans and cook until syrup thickens.

3) Spread pecans on a baking sheet and let cool.

4) Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and serve.
