Chai Sugar Cookies


3 tbsp.          Oregon Chai Original Concentrate

1 cup            butter, softened

1 cup            granulated sugar

1 egg

² ½ cups      flour

1 tsp            baking powder


In a large bowl, combine 1-cup butter, sugar, egg, 3 tbsp. Oregon Chai Original Concentrate. Beat until creamy. Add flour, baking powder and beat until well blended. Divide the dough into two pieces, cover and refrigerate until firm (2-3 hours) Preheat oven to 400°. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to ¼ inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
