Gelato Sandwiches
Ingredients:
Gelato (any flavor)
Pre-made cookies
Directions:
1. Using a piping bag with soft gelato, pipe desired amount on one cookie.
2. Sandwich with the other cookie.
3. Freeze until hard.
4. When ready to coat, choose desired PreGel Coriandolina Coatings and melt in the microwave.
5. Carefully dip sandwiches in desired coating, allowing excess to drip off.
6. Store in display case.
