1.7 oz.        espresso

2 oz.            steamed cappuccino milk

1 sprig        rosemary

blow torch or matches

4 oz


1. Pull 1.7 oz. espresso shot and pour into glass.

2. Steam a small amount of foamed milk and pour over espresso.

3. Burn a sprig of rosemary in a pint glass and hold it upside down. Then place on top of cortado for 1 minute.
