A total of 60,000 restaurant professionals attended this years National Restaurant Association Hotel-Motel Show, or NRA Show, they are celebrating it’s 95th year as well.
When you look at the total number of people that attended last years NRA Show, they were clearly on track to match those numbers or surpass them.
This was our 43rd straight year attending since Peter Cora started many years back. John Cora had new coffee equipment flown in from across seas and one of the products was a new electric coffee roaster in which you can modify your own roast profiles with 1 kilo batch sizes. The initial process took 12 minutes to roast a fresh green coffee for production and many attendees were intrigued by our test model.
More than 2,000 suppliers filled the 565,000 square feet of the exhibit space inside Chicago’s McCormick Place. It was great to connect with some of our friends and partners plus Earvin “Magic” Johnson embraced us with his keynote speech at 1pm on Sunday. We’d like to personally thank all the attendees and friends who came by our booth to connect and learn about your business ventures.
We’ll until next year. “Salute”
