What you see here is a Porthole infuser and was designed by a company in Chicago, IL called Crucial Design.
3 cups filtered water
3 lemons juice
2-3 basil leaves
1 cup sugar, stevia or agave nectar
1) Boil 3 cups of water and add sugar. Stir until it reaches boil for 2 minutes. Longer you boil, thicker it gets.
2) Add lemon juice, sugar water and basil leaves to infuser. Allow one day in sunlight.
3) Pour into glass cold and garnish.
