Candy Candy Frozen PopsIngredients:
3000g (105.8 oz) whole milk
150g (5.3 oz) heavy cream
60g (2.1 oz) PreGel Piucremoso (Cream Base Texturizer)
540g (19.0 oz) sugar
60g (2.1 oz) PreGel Dextrose
150g (5.3 oz) PreGel Nonfat Dry Milk (Grade A, Low Heat)
150g (5.3 oz) PreGel Diamant 50 (Milk Base – Hot Process)
140g (4.9 oz) PreGel Mint – White Traditional Paste
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bucket.
2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes.
3. Place in a hot process machine and follow the machines instructions.
