Ingredients:
5 1/3 cups Oatmeal
2 cups Flour
1 cup Unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
3 cups Sugar
2 cups Softened butter
1/4 cup Oregon Chai The Original Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
1/4 cup Milk
2 Eggs
Directions:
Mix oatmeal, flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Set aside. In a separate bowl blend sugar and butter. Scrape the sides of the bowl. Then add chai, milk and eggs. Add dry ingredients and sir until combined. Drop cookies on greased cookie sheet. Bake 11-16 minutes at 350°.
