Dracula’s Caramel Macchiato

Dracula's Caramel Macchiato


12 oz

¼ oz.          Monin Gourmet Vanilla Syrup

½ oz.          Monin Gourmet Caramel Sauce

8 oz.           steamed milk

1 shot         danesi espresso

4 drops       red food coloring


1. Add vanilla to bottom of clear glass or cup.

2. Steam milk and pour directly over syrup. Top with foam.

3. Pour espresso shot directly into middle of foam and add drops of red food dye.

4. Garnish with caramel sauce in a cross hatch pattern and serve.
