Easter Soft Serve

Ingredients:

3000g (105.8oz)              whole milk

920g      (32.5oz)               PreGel White Base Super Sprint

as desired                            colored sugar

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Mix well with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.

3. Process in a soft serve machine using manufacturers instructions.

4. Garnish with colored sugar after extraction.
