Eggnog Gelato & Milkshake
Ingredients:
3000g (105.8oz) whole milk
1000g (35.3oz) PreGel Vanilla Velvet
120g (4.2oz) PreGel Malaga Traditional Paste (Rum Soaked Raisins)
10g (0.4oz) ground cinnamon
10g (0.4oz) ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Mix well all ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
2. Process in batch freezer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Use as needed in final assembly.
