Elderflower Gin Blosssom

Happy World  Gin Day!

Ingredients:

3 oz.             apple juice

2 oz.             gin

2                  lime wedges

11 oz.           ice

1/2 oz.         Monin Elderflower Syrup

Instructions:

1) Fill 11 oz. glass with ice and mixing tin 2/3n full with ice.

2) Pour ingredients in order listed and spindle mix for 2 seconds.

3) Pour mixture from mixing tin into glass shaker. Shake and strain at table.

4) Add garnish and straw to 11 oz. glass.
