Flavored Whipped Cream
Your customers will love the different flavors and colors. With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner why not some green whip.
Instructions:
Mix fresh cream with any kind of Monin syrup (try to avoid acidic flavors) in a whipped cream canister. As pictured above, mix 50ml Monin Chocolate Cookies syrup with 250 ml fresh cream.
