Frosé Sorbetto

Ingredients

480g (16.9oz) PreGel Base Allegra (Alcoholic Base - Hot/Cold Process)
450g (15.9oz) sugar
450g (15.9oz) strawberries
1500g (52.9oz) water
750g (26.5oz) rose wine
50g (1.8oz) PreGel Strawberry Fortefrutto 

Instructions

 1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Blend with immersion blender.
3. Pour in batch freezer and freeze.
