Frozen Pear Tart


 

Ingredient

500g (17.6oz) water
500g (17.6oz) sugar
500g (17.6oz) Bartlett pears

Direction

1. Bring water and sugar to a boil, then lower to a simmer.
2. Peel and core pears and submerge in syrup.
3. Cook on low, never going over a boil,
