Green Apple French 75

(1 scoop) ice

(1 oz.) premium gin

(½ oz.) Monin Granny Smith Apple Fruit Puree

(½ oz.) Monin Pure Cane Syrup

(½ oz.) fresh lemon juice (3 oz.) champagne

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except champagne. Cap and shake really well. Strain into chilled serving glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
