Green Machine Sorbetto

Ingredients

1600g (56.4oz) water
500g (17.6oz) ripe avocado
400g (14.1oz) kiwi,  peeled and cut
540g (19.0oz) sugar 
140g (4.9oz) PreGel Fruttosa - Milk Free (Water Base)
100g (3.5oz) PreGel Green Apple Fortefrutto 
20g (0.7oz) PreGel Fibraplus (Fiber Base Texturizer) 
20g (0.7oz) PreGel SETAGEL-Vellutina-(Sorbitol Paste)
10g (0.4oz) lemon juice

 Instructions 

1. Combine all ingredients and blend with an immersion blender.
2. Pour into batch freezer and spin.
