Homemade Fruit Leather Recipe
This recipe is a favorite and we thought we’d share it and these make for a great wholesome snack – you might want to make a few batches! It’s easy, too – just cut the strips in about 5”x 2” and leave the paper attached, roll up and store in an airtight container. This snack is all natural and includes NO fat or cholesterol and only 10 grams of sugar and the best part, kids LOVE it!
Peach-Strawberry Fruit Leather:
3 c strawberries
1/4 c agave nectar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide Jar and secure lid. Select “Batters.” Pour into 13″ x 15″ pan covered with parchment paper. Dehydrate mixture in oven for 8–12 hours at 170°F or in a food dehydrator until top is no longer sticky.
