2700g (7.1oz) whole milk
200g (7.1oz) heavy cream
400g (14.1oz) honey topping
200g (7.1oz) sugar
50g (1.8oz) PreGel Nonfat Dry Milk (Low Heat)
150g (5.3oz) PreGel Fruttosa (Water Milk base-Hot/Cold Process
100 (3.5oz) Siriracha sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend with an immersion blender.
2. Pout into hopper of the desired soft serve machine and process according to the manufactures instructions.
