2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 ½ cups Ice
¼ tsp Stevia
1. Add ingredients to blender jar in order listed and secure lid.
2. Press the smoothie button. If you’re Blendtec doesn’t have a smoothie button, blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then medium to medium-low (speed) for 10 seconds, then medium to medium-high (speed 7) for 40 seconds.
