Soft serve gelato Lavender Mascarpone Soft Serve

Ingredients:

 

3000g (105.8oz)             milk

 

1 bag (1 bag)                 PreGel Mascarpone (Italian Cream Cheese)

 

15g (0.5oz)                   lavender flowers

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.

2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.

3. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

4. Pour mix into soft serve machine and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
