Peach Cobbler RecipeIngredients:
0.5 cup DaVinci Vanilla Syrup
1 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup rolled oats
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 ml. butter, softened
0.3 cup sugar in the raw
0.3 tsp nutmeg
2 tbls lemon juice
1 ml. crushed vanilla wafers
1 ml. medium peach, peeled and diced
Directions:
Crumble and filling: Preheat oven to 350°. Press crushed wafers into the bottom of a lightly greased pan. Fill with peaches. Drizzle peaches with lemon juice, syrup and sugar. Topping: Cut butter into sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and rolled oats until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake 50-60 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve warm with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream.
