Peach Ice Cream


 

Ingredients

1675g (59.10z) skim milk
1625g (57.3oz) heavy cream
520g (18.3oz) sugar
60g (2.1oz) PreGel Dextrose

Directions

1. In a large container, combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
3. Place in Hot Process machine and follow the machines instructions.
4. Due to the high fat content, we do not recommend making this as a cold process recipe.
