Pineapple Corainder Bloom Sorbetto
Ingredients:
3000g (105.8oz) water
1 bag PreGel Pineapple Super Sprint
20g (0.7oz) citrus coriander bloom
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
3. Cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Pour mix into batch freezer
