Pumpkin Pie Gelato
Ingredients:
1000g (35.3oz) Pregel Pumpkin Spice Super Sprint
2500g (88.2oz) whole milk
as desired graham cracker topping (sauce or crumbles)
Directions:
1. In a plastic container, combine the Pregel Pumpkin Spice Super Sprint with the milk and blend with an immersion blender.
2. Pour the base into the desired batch freezer and process according to manufacture’s instructions.
3. Extract gelato into a pan and garnish. Mix graham cracker, sauce or crumbles.
