Recipe: Banana Smoothie
Bananas become more nutrient dense as the ripen, so before you throw away those ripe bananas consider freezing them. Bananas will keep frozen for 3-4 months.
1 cup purified water, 1 whole frozen banana, 2 tablespoons raw cacao, 2 tablespoons almond butter, dash of cinnamon and ice. Blend and enjoy!Hold on to those ripe bananas!
