Recipe: Creme Mascarpone

- 2 eggs
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

 For the decoration:

- Dark chocolate

- Some chopped cookies


Prepare the mascarpone cream by dividing the egg yolks from the whites and mounting them until stiff.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and when it becomes clear and foamy, add the mascarpone.

Pour the cream into the molds, insert the popsicle sticks and rest about twenty minutes in the freezer.

When they are hardened, sprinkle. Leave in the freezer a few hours, then gently remove them from the molds and place them on the foil, then put them back in the freezer.

Meanwhile prepare the chocolate topping and decorarte.

Watch the smiles as they reminicse of sweet memories in Italy…
