Recipes: It’s Pumpkin Time!

Many consumers find the Pumpkin Latte synonmyous with the smell and taste of a fall harvest and as soon as fall approaches, they are lining up for this popular seasonal drink.

Serve up the comfort-food goodness of pumpkin pie in decadent drink form with DaVinci’s Pumpkin Pie Sauce. Try any three of these recipes and let us know which is your favorite! In all of these recipes you can substitue the milk with Pacific Soy Blenders.

Pumpkin Pie Latte

 

Country Pumpkin Latte

INGREDIENTS

0.75 fl oz. – Davinci  Pumpkin Pie Sauce – 0.75 pump(s)

0.5 fl oz. – Davinci Classic Caramel Pecan Syrup – 2 pump(s)

0.25 fl oz. – Davinci Classic Cookie Dough Syrup – 1 pump(s)

2 shot(s) – Espresso 11 fl oz.

Steamed Milk

DIRECTIONS

Pour syrup into a cup, add freshly pulled espresso shots and swirl to mix. Pour in steamed milk.

 

Pumpkin Pie Latte

0.5 fl oz. – Davinci Classic Vanilla Syrup – 2 pump(s)

1 fl oz. – Davinci Pumpkin Pie Sauce – 1 pump(s)

2 shot(s) – Espresso 11 fl oz.

Steamed Milk

DIRECTIONS

Pour syrup and sauce into a cup, add freshly pulled espresso shots. Swirl to mix and pour in steamed milk.

 

Pumpkin Chai a la Mode

INGREDIENTS

7 fl oz. – Oregon Chai Original Chai Concentrate

8 fl oz. – Milk

1 fl oz. – Davinci Pumpkin Pie Sauce – 1 pump(s)

DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients and steam.
