Ingredients
1 oz. Monin Watermelon Puree
5 to 6 mint leaves
2 oz. premium bourbon
Top club soda
Directions
Combine syrup and tonic water in serving glass. Stir well to combine. Add ice and top with espresso. Gently stir and serve with a straw.
