The PM 80 is a powerful, yet simple to use, pasta machine. You can produce various type of fresh pasta with any type of flour (although we always recommend 00 pasta flour), with or without eggs, and even colored pastas--by tomatoes for red pasta, spinach for green pasta, cocoa for brown pastas, etc. With this machine, you can offer very high quality fresh pasta at the same cost of normal dry pasta--if not less.
PM 80 is constructed with the highest quality of materials, complying with all european safety standards. The auger and mixer are removable for easy cleaning. Each machine comes complete with 4 standard dies, cutter system for short pastas, and a stand with fan.
Accessories: Comes standard with an electronic cutter for short pasta and the following 4 dies: Fettuccine, Rigatoni, Sfoglia (sheeter) and Spaghetti.
