This machine is a work horse that would be ideal for large volume pasta restaurants or small wholesale operations. A water cooling system that keeps the extrusion chamber from overheating allows for continuous production without breaking. This unit has a mixing hopper capacity of 8 kg or 17.6 lbs and can extrude 25-30 kg/hr or 55-66 lb/hr. The machine comes standard with an electronic cutter for short pasta, a stand with a fan and the following 4 dies: Fettuccine, Rigatoni, Sfoglia (sheeter) and Spaghetti.
